A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd and S-Bank funds sell the Cramo campus in Vantaa

A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd, Terrieri Real Estate Ky and the S-Bank Plot Fund (Special Investment Fund) will sell the Cramo campus located in Vantaa to the Swedish real estate company Catena AB at the end of May.

The property, located near Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, comprises modern production, logistics, and office space. Completed in 2021, it covers approximately 23,260 square metres of leasable area. The premises are fully leased to Cramo Finland Ltd.

The approximately 140,000-square-metre plot also offers further development potential, with additional building rights of around 45,000 square metres, enabling long-term development of the area.

“The Cramo production and logistics property has been an excellent investment for us, both in terms of cash flow and value creation. The sale is carried out as planned while there is still a long period remaining on the original lease agreement. We are actively seeking new opportunities and currently see strong potential in the real estate market for long-term investors,” says Pia Lindborg, Director, Real Estate, at Ahlström.

According to Catena AB, the acquisition strengthens its position in Finland’s most established logistics area.
