Maija Joutsenkoski has been appointed as Investment Director at A. Ahlström
A. Ahlström Corporation has appointed Maija Joutsenkoski, MSc Applied physics,
Helsinki University of Technology and MSc École Centrale Paris, Engineering, as
Investment Director.

Maija joins from CapMan Buyout, where she has worked as a partner. Prior to that,
she worked for about a decade at UPM-Kymmene’s Corporate Strategy team, of
which three years as Director, Corporate Strategy, and three years leading Program
Management Office (PMO) for a global working capital reduction program. Before
UPM, Maija worked as Investment Manager at Nordic Capital and as an investment
banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in London.
