The members of A. Ahlström’s Supervisory Board and Board were re-elected

A. Ahlström Corporation’s Annual General Meeting, which was held on 16 May
2025, re-elected the following individuals as members of the Supervisory Board:
Marion Björkstén (Chair), Sara Öhrvall (Vice-Chair), Axel Ahlström, Walter
Ahlström, Maria Ahlström-Bondestam, Vera Backström, Mats Danielsson,
Johannes Gullichsen, Eduard Paulig, and Niclas Rosenlew.

Further, the Annual General Meeting re-elected following members to the Board of
Directors: Peter Seligson (Chair), Klaus Cawén (Vice-Chair), Marcus Ahlström,
Hannele Arvonen, Sebastian Bondestam, Katja Keitaanniemi, Casper von Koskull,
and Fredrik Persson.
