The centre of operations located in Åby, Vantaa, was designed to suit the needs of our tenant, rental equipment and worksite service provider Cramo. The project was executed in cooperation with Terrieri Kiinteistöt Ky, an alternative investment fund managed by a subsidiary of S-Bank. The huge area has space for storage, logistics and office use. The property has a logistically functional location by Ring Road III with good connections to Helsinki and the rest of Finland.
