GO21 is a commercial property completed in 2023, located next to the Tampere central railway station. It was developed in collaboration between Jatke Pirkanmaa Oy and A. Ahlström Real Estate.
GO21 has been awarded the highest Platinum level in the LEED environmental certification system. In addition, the design has focused on the holistic well-being of the occupants, as evidenced by the WELL Core certification.
The tenants of our GO21 property are Gofore, M-Files, Fellowmind, CGI, Jatke Pirkanmaa, 61N and Aitoleipä.
