Hankasuontie 11 A, located in Konala, Helsinki, was completed in 2019. The property features production, warehouse, office, and retail space. The property complex consists of two buildings with a combined floor area of approximately 9,400 square meters.
The main tenants of the property are Varusteleka and Kalevala Koru. Varusteleka is a specialty store for military surplus and outdoor gear, with an office, retail store, and e-commerce and logistics center in the property.
All Kalevala jewelry is manufactured at this state-of-the-art facility. Hankasuontie also houses the offices and outlet store of Kalevala Koru.
