Tavara-asema, built in 1907, underwent renovation from 2020 to 2022, during which time it was also relocated 30 meters to its current location. The protected historical building was transformed into a modern concert and event hall, with its opening celebrated at the beginning of 2023.
Tampereen Kulttuurikamari Oy was selected as the operator of the Tavara-asema. It has received several awards for its excellent operations at its current location.
