Real estate investments as the basis of our portfolio

A. Ahlström’s real estate strategy centres around premium properties that are actively managed. In terms of geography, we concentrate our investments particularly in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Tampere, Turku, and other growth centres. A. Ahlström Oy’s subsidiary A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd manages and maintains its real estate holdings.

Our real estate investments mainly comprise office, small industrial and logistics buildings. Our housing investments are made through Avain Yhtiöt. Real estate investments form the basis of our portfolio and generate steadier returns at relatively low risk. A. Ahlström actively develops its real estate portfolio and constantly monitors the real estate market in Finland for new investment opportunities.
