Investment in Avain Yhtiöt

In February 2021, A. Ahlström Real Estate Ltd became an anchor investor in Avain Yhtiöt, and now holds a 25% stake in the company. Avain Yhtiöt specialises in building and owning apartments, producing housing services, construction contracting, construction and renovations. The investment is an important step in expanding our real estate allocation in the residential sector.

Avain Yhtiöt builds approximately 1,000 apartments a year, focusing on growth centres in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Tampere and Turku. The company’s property portfolio currently comprises 10,000 apartments.
