Real estate investment in Tampere

The construction work of the Go21 business premises started in the autumn of 2021 in Tampere. In this Ratapihankatu real estate project, a high-quality and certified office of the future will be created in an excellent location in the immediate vicinity of Tampere railway station and the new tramway. The building will have approximately 11,000 m² of business premises for lease. The property is scheduled for completion in 2023.

Other spaces will be placed in a renovated old brick building that has previously functioned as a freight station. The freight station dates back to 1907 and will serve as an event venue in the future.
