Investment in real estate in Åbyntie, Vantaa

The construction work of the new centre of operations located in Åby, Vantaa started in April 2020. The large centre of operations was designed to suit the needs of our tenant, rental equipment and worksite service provider Cramo. The total area of the buildings is around 23,000 square metres and they house Cramo’s headquarters and a warehouse, service and logistics centre for the Helsinki metropolitan region. The construction work was completed in the spring of 2021.
